Memorial Day Weekend is here—the unofficial kickoff to summer! Let’s take a moment to remember what this holiday is all about: to remember and honor those men and women in the military who have given the ultimate sacrifice: their lives. So that you can go out and play golf.

Let me ask you a question. And be honest with me.
- Are you less than happy with your driving distance?
- Not pleased with your swing’s consistency?
- Does your body ache after a weekend of golf?

If you said yes to one or more of those questions, then it’s likely that your body move the way it needs to – to play golf the way you want to?

I hate to be the one to tell you, but you’re not going to correct your movement challenges on the lesson tee or in the pro shop!

The only place you can overcome physical limitations is with a program designed specifically for YOU under the guidance of an educated and experienced coach in the gym.

I’ve been working with golfers just like you for 15 years now. And I’m learning new things every day on how to help my golfers play golf better.
Check out my most recent Google review:

Maybe you’ve heard about golf fitness, but you’re unsure what that means. I’ve got you covered. I’ve written an article to answer every question I’ve received regarding golf fitness over the last 15 years.
That’s why there are over 100 blogs on this website!
Maybe you already work out with a “regular” trainer, and you think that’s enough.

I can assure you, it’s not. If it was enough, I wouldn’t have spent the least 15 years of my life studying GOLF FITNESS!

Don’t Go To The Hardware Store For Milk! – TPI Trainer, Charlotte, NC
Don’t go to the hardware store for milk! You won’t find it there.

In the gym, we need to work on movements that matter.

Maybe you think you’ll just take a “brush up lesson” and you’ll be good to go. Hey, I’m all for lessons! Golf requires skills that a skills coach should teach. But if you don’t have the physical capacity to do what he or she is asking you to do, both of you are going to be frustrated.

Maybe last year you said, “This year I’m going to get fit for golf”, but you didn’t.
Don’t waste another season. How many do you have left?

Let’s Make It Happen….This is how it works.
The process…
- First we learn what your limitations are and if they are showing up in your golf swing or are causing pain or discomfort in your body.
- Build a program that helps you eliminate the physical restrictions that are preventing you from playing your best golf. This will always begin by improving tissue quality, joint mobility, and movement patterns that you are deficient in.
- Then we incorporate your improved range of motion and body awareness into drills that you can use to make swing changes that will help you Play Golf Better.
- Then, we are free to add strength, speed, and power to make you the best golfer you can possibly be.
I have 3 final spots left in my schedule for dedicated golfers like you who want to:
- Improve how they move.
- Eliminate aches and pains.
- Add distance to your irons and driver.
This is a 12-week program. In this program, I will take you step-by-step from where you are to where you want to be. No guesswork. No need to try to decipher Instagram or YouTube videos or follow along with an app. Just real, honest to goodness one-on-one coaching to help you – Feel Better, Move Better, Play Better.

“I started working out with Brett about 1 year ago in the fall. In just the evaluation, Brett noticed my poor “golf posture” and said that was something we would work on. I then went on a golf trip that fall and focused on my posture, and had a great trip and played really well. I worked with Brett throughout the winter and spring and then played the most consistent and best golf of my life, culminating in winning my club championships that fall. His workouts fixed sequencing issues in my swing that lessons didn’t.” __David
