Moving Better

To move better for golf, we first need to see how you move. As a TPI-trained professional, I do that by using a screening process that helps us to see what’s working and what’s not working and how that is affecting their swing.

Along with other pieces of information, I can get a picture of what that athlete’s abilities and limitations are as it relates to the requirements of a biomechanically correct golf swing.

Then I correlate their movement limitations to current injuries/complaints as well as known swing faults or swing fault possibilities.
