You’re addicted to golf and you want to play golf ‘forever’.
Yeah, that’s the guy who makes the call.

You’re frustrated by how your body moves and feels and the fact that your game isn’t improving, it’s diminishing. You’re not getting any younger. None of us are!

Most every golfer I’ve ever worked with wants the same things:
“
“At age 78 I wanted to reach my fitness limits so I could bring my golf game back to where it was 10 years ago. After 3 months of training, I have already begun to shoot my age.”__Hank Cohen
- More consistency off the tee
- More distance off the tee
- The ability to play golf (injury-free) for as long as time allows them to. In other words, GolfForever.

If you want to do things you used to be able to do or things you were never able to do, you have to do things you never knew how to do. You need to Train for the Game!
“If you want to do different things, you need to do things differently.”__Brett Cohen
Getting a new driver every other year isn’t going to get you anything on that list. Improving how you move, will! It will not only help you play golf better, but it will help you live life better! I can say that with certainty because I have been “adding distance to drives and years to lives” since 2010!
Here’s The Thing…..
The average amateur golfer lacks the physical ability to get into the position to rotate and deliver the club with speed and power.

Steps to Success:
- Know Your Needs – The physical evaluation process tells me what’s working, what’s not working, how that affects your body, and how it affects your swing. The body-swing connection.

2. Establish Rotational Capacity – Golf is a rotational power sport, if you struggle with rotation from the ankles, hips, thoracic spine, and neck – you are going to struggle with golf! This is the second step. Improving the mobility of each joint or rotational segment so you can move into positions that were previously impossible.

3. Increase Segmental Stability – Getting joints to move better is one thing, using them in a pattern and with speed is another. That requires segmental stability at the segments above or below the mobile joint or segment we just improved upon. This can also be interpreted as “core strength”.

4. Improve Your Patterns – Now that we have established mobility and stability where we need it, we can use our new movement capabilities to get into better positions to deliver the club to the ball with more consistency and speed (that’s what you wanted, right?)

5. Add Functional Strength – By ‘functional‘ I mean that it will have a direct carry-over to life and sport. For the most part, that means exercises that require you to maintain your center of gravity over your own base of support (your feet or a foot). That’s how you golf and that’s how you live.
This:
Not This:
6. Add Rotational Strength – Now that we’ve established strength in the following movement patterns: Squatting, Lunging, Hinging, Pushing, Pulling, and Rotation, we can start to link them together, the way they are used in rotational power sports, like golf. This is where the GolfForever Swing Trainer shines. Because of its asymmetrical design, you need to resist rotational forces while producing them in the opposite direction from the ground UP, just like the golf swing.

Check out this video of world #1 golfer, Scottie Sheffler doing just that.
7. Sprinkle In Speed – This is the icing on the cake. Good mobility, stability, and strength are the foundational physical qualities to build speed upon. Let’s get you some SuperSpeed Clubs and add distance to your drives.

Brett’s Bottom Line:

We’ve all heard these cliche lines before and they stick in our minds, well, because they’re true:
- “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results” __Albert Einstein
- “You don’t stop working out because you get old, you get old because you stop working out.” __Unknown
- “If you can’t squat, sprint, jump when you’re forty, what do you expect things to be like when you’re sixty?”__Ryan Munsey

“Training is part of my life. It’s that simple. Nothing will ever change until I die I will be working out and I will be having a great time in the gym. And I will be getting the pump. I want to feel good. It’s tough enough as it is when you get older, but you have to hold on as much as you can.”__Arnold Schwartzenegger
If you want some help with your body and your game, let’s talk. I’ll walk you through all the steps. Here to help.
“Golf instructors are great. They can change your swing but they can’t change your body! The best way to get the most of my significant investment in lessons is to have a body that can do more and give my pro more to work with.”__Ken Davenport

If not now, when?
