Let me introduce myself. My name is Brett Cohen and I'm a TPI Golf Performance Specialist. I help golfers just like you improve how they move and that leads to: Longer Drives, Lower Scores and Fewer Injuries.

How Do I Do It?

I help golfers Play Golf Better first by helping them move better. In other words, I help them eliminate the physical restrictions that are preventing them from playing their best golf. Why? The average amateur golfer is not physically capable of performing the required body movements that are desired and required of a bio-mechanically correct golf swing. And that leads to shorter drives, frustration, and oftentimes injury!

The Process

Just like seeing a physician, before you get medicine or a surgery you need to be evaluated or tested. We need to see just what you can and cannot do as it relates to what is desired of a biomechanically correct golf swing. To do that we perform what is known as the Level 1 Screen.

The body-swing connection tells us whether or not your golf swing is the way it is because of the way your body works or is it a lack of instruction and practice?

Through the science of exercise and rehabilitation I help you eliminate the physical restrictions and add drills to perfect the skills you will need to play golf better. And that leads to Longer Drives, Lower Score and Fewer Injuries.
