Your Schedule Just Cleared Up – Best Golf Fitness, Charlotte

Summer is OVER : (

boooo…..

Fall is officially here…

yahhh…..

That means cooler, crisper temperatures ahead, and here in Charlotte, NC – lots of great golf still to be played before it gets too cold.

When I was in NY, you had until Halloween and that was it! The country clubs would pretty much shut down across the board and your only option was to practice at one of the many indoor simulator locations throughout the city. Here in Charlotte, NC, you get warmer temps through most of the fall and more opportunities to play. But now is the time to get a head start on how your next season will go.

How is your golf going? Are you hitting it as far as you’d like? Are you as consistent as you’d like to be? Does your body ache after a weekend of golf? Are you plagued by back pain or elbow pain that you, your chiro, or your golf pro just can’t seem to fix?

If you answered yes to any of those questions; I CAN HELP! I’ve been working with golfers, just like you, since 2010 and I can guarantee that if you start training now, next spring you will achieve: Longer Drives, Lower Scores, and Fewer Injuries.

Next Season Starts NOW!

Now that the kids are back in school you have more time to dedicate to yourself. More time to prioritize YOU! You can take control of your health, your fitness, and your golf game before the next season begins. You just need to take the first step. Decide you want to Play Golf Better.

The Process

Step 1:

First, we discuss your current situation and goals. Then I will do a physical evaluation that identifies if you have limitations that are showing up in your swing or your body.

Step 2:

I build you a program that will help you eliminate the physical restrictions that are preventing you from playing your best golf. This always begins with improving joint mobility and movement patterns that you are deficient in and are relevant to the goal of playing golf better.

Step 3:

You will then learn how to incorporate your improved range of motion and body awareness into drills that you can use to make the swing changes necessary to improve your game.

Step 4:

The final stage is to add strength and speed to your new fitness foundation so you can become the best golfer you can be.

Does It Work?

It does if you do.

“I am a high handicap golfer in my early 60s who needed someone to help me learn to perform the requisite physical movements required to hit the ball farther (and still stay on the fairway). I have had a number of trainers and golf instructors over the years; Brett is by far the best in helping me achieve my potential.” __Al Hurley

Maybe by this time next year, you can claim to be your club champion.
